The personal information you submit to us is used for purchase processing and account maintenance purposes only.
This information is used to better serve our customers and will not be transferred to a third party for any reason.

Terms of Sale

By placing an order with us, you are offering to purchase the goods by agreeing to the following terms and conditions.
All orders are subjected to availability and confirmation of order price.

a) Ordering
Ordering from Argola Calla, you will be required to sign up for an account with us before placing your order.
When you place an order, an acknowledgement email will be sent to you to confirm receipt of your order.
However, order is not confirmed until payment is received. Once payment is received, we will proceed to deliver your item(s).

b) Custom or Wholesale Orders
A special service is available to customers who would like to design their own product or placing wholesale orders.
All custom and wholesale orders are subject to a minimum quantity and down payment.

c) Payment
Argola Calla accepts bank wire transfers, ATM transfers, PayPal and credit cards payment thru Paypal.
No COD will be accepted.

e) Delivery
All orders will be dispatched within 3-5 working days upon receiving payment. An email will be sent to you to inform you when order has been dispatched. If you have opted for trackable delivery service, you can track your order simply by logging into your account and view under "Order History" and follow the instructions there to track.
Argola Calla is not responsible if any package is lost in transit should a non-trackable delivery service is opted. We will, however, try our best to track down your item by contacting the local postal service when item has been sent from.

Returns / Exchange Policy

All claims for damaged merchandise or shortages must be made within 7 days from receipt of merchandise.
Only merchandise having a manufacturer defect will be accepted for replacement or credit.  Misuse or improper cared for products WILL NOT be accepted.
Returned goods MUST be in its original packaging.
Customer are responsible for the returns shipping postage.
In any event that the item is sold out, we will issue a credit note for you to use for your next purchase.
